Jackson & Gocher Hire Centre is situated down Harrow Lane, just off Farncombe Street in Farncombe.The tool hire company occupies a former builders yard, and has recently redeveloped the site to provide a much improved parking area and storage facilities. The company has in excess of 1,000 different tools and plant equipment to hire, and will deliver almost anywhere.

We like to think that we are here to help you the customers get your jobs done efficiently. We hold in stock only the highest quality professional tools, that make breaking up 6" (150mm) concrete a breeze, for example. The tools that we hire are not the kind of equipment that most people would want to buy, unless they are going to be using them a lot, because they are expensive. So we help the tradesmen get their jobs done more effieciently by providing the tools they need when they need them. The tradesman doesn't have to worry about it breaking down, servicing it or calibrating it. That's all taken care of by the team of highly trained mechanics at Jackson and Gocher. But we also help the DIY enthusiasts, because they can come to us to hire the tools that the trades people use all the time. We hold in stock such a vast range of tools, that we have usually got the tool for the job. For the tradesman, if their everyday drill or angle grinder breaks down, they can come and hire one from Jackson and Gocher, and save losing time on a job, and we might even be able to repair theirs. We also aim our tools at people who are thinking of buying. When such a large investment is at stake, £500 or £1,000, it's worth just hiring the item for a day to try it out and see if it's going to do the job you want it to. And then if you are happy with it, you can buy one through us.
